Article Processing Charges (APC)
Magna Scientia Publication provides high-quality open access publishing for research papers at very affordable costs. We aim to support authors globally by offering fast, transparent, and fair publication processes without hidden charges. Our APC covers all editorial, technical, and digital services, including DOI registration and e-Certificates for all authors.
There are no submission fees. Authors pay only upon acceptance of their manuscript, ensuring a cost-effective and transparent publication experience.
APC Structure
For Indian Authors
- INR 2,100 per accepted manuscript (up to 6 authors)
- INR 250 per additional author beyond 6 authors
- For manuscripts exceeding 20 pages (font size 12, line spacing 1.5): INR 1,000 per extra 10 pages
For International Authors
- USD 35 per accepted manuscript (up to 6 authors)
- USD 5 per additional author beyond 6 authors
- For manuscripts exceeding 20 pages (font size 12, line spacing 1.5): USD 15 per extra 10 pages
Important Notes
- Acceptance is based solely on editorial evaluation, peer review, originality, and scientific quality.
- Ability to pay the APC does not influence editorial decisions.
- Post-publication changes may incur additional charges.
- No hidden or extra charges beyond those stated above.
Why APC is Charged
Magna Scientia Publication is a self-supported open access publisher. APCs help cover the costs of:
- Editorial and peer review management
- Manuscript formatting and typesetting
- DOI registration and linking
- Online hosting, website maintenance, and technical infrastructure
- Digital preservation and archiving
- Indexing and database integration
A portion of the APC is reinvested into improving journal systems and publication quality.
Payment Methods
International Authors
Payments can be made via secure international payment gateways such as PayPal, Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other e-wallet options.
Indian Authors
Payments can be made via NEFT/IMPS, UPI, Google Pay, PayUMoney, and other digital banking methods. Cheques or demand drafts are not accepted.
