Author Guidelines for Paper Submission to Magna Scientia Publication Journals
Magna Scientia Publication welcomes high-quality, original research contributions across multiple disciplines including biological sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, nursing, engineering, technology, management, social sciences, and interdisciplinary research. This page provides detailed instructions to assist authors in preparing and submitting manuscripts in accordance with the publication’s editorial policies and standards.
Authors are strongly encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before submission to ensure smooth manuscript processing, efficient peer review, compliance with publication ethics, and timely publication of accepted articles.

Magna Scientia Publication provides an international platform for publishing original research, review articles, short communications, case studies, and other scholarly contributions across diverse scientific and academic disciplines.

Originality and Publication Ethics
Manuscripts must represent original work and should not be submitted elsewhere simultaneously. All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer review process, and authors are expected to adhere to international standards of publication ethics and research integrity.
Peer Review and Publication Process
Manuscripts undergo editorial screening followed by evaluation by independent reviewers. Decisions are made based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance. Accepted manuscripts are published online promptly after final acceptance and editorial processing.
Article Processing Charges
Magna Scientia Publication does not charge submission fees. A nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied upon acceptance of the manuscript to cover editorial management, peer review administration, digital hosting, indexing, and long-term article accessibility.

Length Guidelines
Research Articles & Review Articles: We usually recommend up to maximum 20 pages (including references, tables, and figures). Font size 12, line spacing 1.5
Short Communications: We usually recommend up to maximum 10 pages; up to 5 figures/tables
Case Studies: We usually recommend up to maximum 10 pages; up to 5 figures/tables
Letters to the Editor: 2–3 pages; maximum 10 references
Authors are encouraged to present their work concisely and avoid redundancy.
Manuscript Preparation and Formatting
- Paper size: A4, 1-inch margins on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified alignment
- Page numbering: bottom right; line numbering continuous
- Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
Structure of Manuscript
Title Page
- Title: clear, concise (max 150 characters)
- Author names: full names with affiliations, country
- Corresponding author: marked with *, include contact details
Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: max 250 words, self-contained, no references
- Keywords: 4–6 for indexing
- Optional graphical abstract recommended
Introduction
Provide background, rationale, and research objective or hypothesis. Avoid extended literature reviews.
Materials and Methods
- Provide sufficient details for reproducibility
- Include ethical approvals if applicable (human/animal studies)
Results and Discussion
- Present results clearly; may combine or separate discussion
- Tables/figures must be cited consecutively, inserted appropriately, ≥300 dpi resolution
- Avoid duplication of data in text and tables
Conclusion
Summarize findings and significance without repeating the abstract.
Acknowledgements
Include funding sources, grants, or institutional support.
Conflict of Interest
Disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts for all authors.
Ethical Statements
Include statements for ethical approval and informed consent where applicable. If not applicable, state:
“The present research does not involve animal or human subjects.”
References
Follow Vancouver style. Cite references in-text with numbers in square brackets and list in numerical order at the end.
Abbreviations and Units
- Define abbreviations at first use
- Use SI units; temperatures in °C
Tables and Figures
- Place near relevant text; captions below figures
- Minimum 300 dpi; color figures accepted
- Avoid vertical lines and shading in tables
Submission of Manuscripts
Authors can submit manuscripts via the online submission system or by emailing respective editorial email of the Journal. Manuscripts should follow the above guidelines. The editorial office will acknowledge receipt and provide a manuscript ID for correspondence.
