Cancellation Policy
- DOI Assignment Services: Once a DOI is registered for an article, it cannot be cancelled or modified. DOI registration follows the regulations of Crossref.
- Article Corrections: Requests for corrections must be submitted within three (3) business days of publication. Corrections due to author errors may incur additional fees, while corrections caused by publisher mistakes will be addressed at no cost.
- Promotional or Discount Services: Services obtained during special offers or promotional periods are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Account Cancellation: Magna Scientia Publication reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user account to maintain platform integrity or in cases of policy violations.
Refund Policy
The publication process involves editorial, technical, and administrative tasks, including manuscript processing, peer-review coordination, formatting, DOI registration, indexing preparation, and online publication. Due to the resources involved, fees paid for publication are generally non-refundable once the workflow has commenced.
- Editorial and processing activities begin once a manuscript enters the publication workflow.
- Technical tasks such as formatting, layout, plagiarism checks, and metadata preparation are performed during publication.
- DOI registration and related services involve payments to external organizations and cannot be cancelled once completed.
- Operational costs associated with manuscript handling are incurred regardless of final publication.
Authors are encouraged to review all submission and publication details carefully before confirming their publication request. In the event of an error caused by the publisher, we will review and take appropriate corrective action.
Delivery Policy
